ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Abstract: »This work presents the problems of rape crime in Polish and Church law. The work was divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on presenting the crime of rape over the centuries - from antiquity to modern times. The next one analyzes the regulation of previous penal codifications of 1932 and 1969. Moreover, the project briefly presents the statutory features of the crime of rape in the current Polish Penal Law. The description contains the features of the object and subject crime of rape, qualified types of rape, ways of committing a crime and issues of imprisonment. The last chapter presents the deliberations of the three papal encyclicals and the responsibility for the crime of rape in Muslim countries.« (Source: Jagiellonian University Repository)
